1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 33bam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the 33bam website at https://33bam.app and any associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and any promotional programmes offered from time to time. These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of the 33bam platform, and by continuing to use 33bam in any capacity, you expressly accept all terms, conditions, policies, and notices set out herein.

33bam reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Where changes are material, 33bam will endeavour to notify active players via the registered email address or a platform notification, but this does not create an obligation to do so in all cases.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 33bam Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any other document on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 33bam platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older. 33bam enforces a strict 18+ age policy across all products and services. Players under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any bets on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business, or legal entity when creating or operating a 33bam account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 33bam or had an account permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of 33bam or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

33bam reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time during the account lifecycle, including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any subsequent time if there is a reasonable basis to question a player's age. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. All submitted documents are processed securely in accordance with the 33bam Privacy Policy.

If 33bam determines, at any point, that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage play, which are not payable to an ineligible player. 33bam actively cooperates with responsible gaming bodies to prevent underage access to online gambling services.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of 33bam services, you must create a registered account through the 33bam Login page. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current throughout the lifetime of your account.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active 33bam account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. 33bam employs advanced duplicate detection technology that cross-references device identifiers, IP addresses, payment method fingerprints, and personal details to identify multiple account attempts. All accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate suspension and permanent closure, with any outstanding balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33bam account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 33bam will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 33bam support immediately and change your password.

3.3 KYC Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 33bam will require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This process involves submitting a government-issued photo identification document (national ID card or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. KYC documents must be submitted in a legible format. 33bam aims to process KYC submissions within 24–72 hours of receipt during standard operating conditions.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during KYC verification will result in immediate and permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances.
• 33bam reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for high-value accounts or in response to specific risk indicators, without providing detailed reasons for the request.
• KYC verification is a one-time process in normal circumstances; however, 33bam may request updated documents at any point if existing documents expire or if account activity warrants re-verification.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

33bam supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the following terms.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit across all payment methods is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by 33bam, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the account holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to another individual — are prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed and the 33bam account suspended.
• 33bam does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which 33bam bears no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error (e.g., to the wrong wallet number) must be reported to 33bam support immediately. 33bam will make reasonable efforts to assist but cannot guarantee recovery of misdirected funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal across all payment methods is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, to reduce the risk of money laundering and third-party payment fraud.
• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is approved. 33bam reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending KYC completion.
• Withdrawal processing times: bKash and Nagad — under 15 minutes during business hours; Rocket and Upay — under 30 minutes; bank transfers — 1–4 hours; Visa and Mastercard — 24–48 hours. These are target times and may be extended during periods of high volume or for security review.
• 33bam does not charge withdrawal fees on transfers to Bangladeshi mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer and card withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms before they may be withdrawn as real-money funds.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All 33bam accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 33bam does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any payment processed in a foreign currency by a payment provider will be converted to BDT at the exchange rate applied by that provider at the time of the transaction; 33bam bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

33bam offers various promotional programmes to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. Bonuses will not be credited to unverified accounts and will not be paid retroactively once KYC verification is completed after a bonus period has closed.
• Each promotional offer is available once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times constitute abuse of the bonus system and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and potential account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or playthrough requirements). The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited to the account.
• 33bam reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, if there is evidence of abuse, system error, or circumstances beyond 33bam's reasonable control.
• Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the platform interface specifies an alternative order. Players may not withdraw bonus funds directly — only cash winnings derived from wagering through the full bonus amount at the required multiple may be withdrawn.
• 33bam does not offer bonuses as an inducement to continue gambling if a player has activated any responsible gaming tool, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion. Promotional communications are automatically suppressed for players who have activated these features.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

By placing any bet or wagering any amount on the 33bam platform, you confirm that you are acting in good faith, with full knowledge of the applicable game rules and odds, and without intent to exploit errors, collude with other players, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the game or the betting market.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA). In the event of a dispute, 33bam's settlement decision is final.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced may be accepted at 33bam's discretion in-play betting markets. Acceptance of a late bet does not guarantee settlement at the displayed odds if the bet was placed after the relevant outcome became known.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that bet type. In most cases, single-event bets on abandoned matches are voided and stakes returned.
• 33bam reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing mistake, irrespective of whether the bet has already been confirmed on screen.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply. These limits are displayed at the point of placing the bet and may vary by market and event type.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes conducted by licensed dealers in regulated studios. 33bam does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the round in progress will be settled according to the game's recorded state at the time of disconnection. 33bam is not liable for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface. Placing a bet outside these limits may result in the bet being voided and the stake returned.
• Free games, demo modes, and practice play features available on the platform do not offer real-money winnings and are provided for entertainment and familiarisation purposes only.

7 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

33bam is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base in Bangladesh and beyond. We believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable leisure activity conducted within personal financial limits. The following tools and policies are available to all registered players and are provided free of charge.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour review period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after 1, 2, or 3 hours of continuous play, encouraging regular breaks and conscious time management.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days may be self-activated at any time. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The account reactivates automatically at the end of the selected period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or long-term exclude themselves from 33bam may request self-exclusion via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods begin at a minimum of 6 months. During self-exclusion, the account is fully suspended, and all promotional communications are ceased immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the minimum period expires.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate on-screen reality check notifications displaying total session time and net win/loss figures at configurable intervals during gameplay.

8 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33bam platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other player-versus-player game format available on 33bam.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors in a deliberate and repeated manner rather than reporting them to 33bam support immediately upon discovery.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to fund a 33bam account, including the use of payment accounts belonging to another individual without their full and documented consent.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, to circumvent self-exclusion, or to evade any other platform restriction or sanction.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in Bangladesh.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 33bam platform's software, security systems, or underlying code.
• Making false, defamatory, or misleading statements about 33bam or its staff in public forums, social media, or any other communication channel in a manner intended to damage the platform's reputation.

33bam employs a dedicated fraud prevention and security team that monitors all account activity in real time. Suspicious activity is flagged for manual review, and accounts under investigation may have withdrawal functionality temporarily restricted pending the outcome of the review. 33bam is not liable for any losses incurred by a player during a period when their account was under security review if that review was triggered by the player's own conduct.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

33bam reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, regardless of whether the breach was intentional.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request from 33bam's compliance team.
• Account activity that triggers fraud prevention protocols, including but not limited to unusual deposit patterns, irregular betting behaviour, or suspected collusion.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requiring the account to be suspended or closed.
• The player becoming deceased, being declared legally incompetent, or entering bankruptcy proceedings.

If your account is closed by 33bam for reasons not related to a breach of these Terms (for example, at your own request, or due to a regulatory change), any verified real-money balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned to you via the most recently used payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable fees.

If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, abuse of bonuses, or use of a duplicate account, 33bam reserves the right to retain the entire account balance as partial compensation for costs incurred in investigating and managing the breach. This right is exercised proportionately and is not applied to minor or inadvertent technical infractions.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 33bam customer support via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of voluntary closure will continue to be processed normally.

10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The 33bam platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 33bam makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free of technical faults, or that all content is accurate and current at all times. Access to specific games, betting markets, or payment methods may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, third-party provider issues, or circumstances beyond 33bam's reasonable control.

• 33bam shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether in contract, tort, or under any other legal theory.
• 33bam's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the liability.
• 33bam is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, browser incompatibilities, or any other technical issue on the player's side that results in a failed transaction, disconnection during gameplay, or inability to access the platform.
• 33bam does not accept liability for taxes, levies, or duties that may be payable on winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to declare and pay any taxes applicable to your gambling winnings in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh or your country of residence.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 33bam's liability for death or personal injury caused by 33bam's own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by 33bam.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 33bam's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules, conducted in English. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding against 33bam.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. 33bam's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion does not constitute a waiver of 33bam's right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.
